At HomeMedSales.in, we strive to provide you with a smooth shopping experience. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- A. Before the order has been processed/dispatched from our warehouse.
- B. In case of stock unavailability or unforeseen logistical challenges (you will be notified promptly in such cases).
To cancel your order, please contact our support team at [email protected] or call us on our customer care number within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refunds for cancelled orders (if payment was made online) will be initiated as per the Refund Process outlined below.

2. Order Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (health and wellness items), we do not accept returns unless:
- A. The product delivered is damaged or tampered with.
- B. An incorrect product was delivered.
- C. The product is expired at the time of delivery.
If any of the above conditions apply, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- A. Your order number
- B. Clear images of the item(s) received
- C. Details of the issue

3. Refund Process
Once your cancellation or refund request is approved:
- A. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
- B. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate refunds via bank transfer; you will be contacted for account details.
Refund timelines may vary due to banking/payment gateway processing times. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- A. Change of mind after product delivery.
- B. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
- C. Order cancellation requests made after the product has been shipped.
- D. Failure to receive delivery after multiple attempts by courier partners.
5. Shipping Charges
If an order is cancelled before shipment or returned due to product damage/incorrect delivery, any applicable shipping charges will also be refunded.
For cancellations made after dispatch (if applicable), shipping charges are non-refundable.

We currently ship across India except for Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep Islands
